    Glen Whiddon has just been appointed as non executive chairman for another Dog company , ANL , that is on long term suspension from the ASX with substantial cash in its coffers with more to come .
    Money for doing little .
    What a pit of Vipers the ASX is .
    Where is the oversight ?
