As they are currently a sub holder we would become aware of any selling unless they drop below 5% due to the next round of shares getting issued. Sellling their 75m shares could be done in 1-2 months above 3c but if any sudden sp rise would happen then that would costly back fire.

Another question is how Hopper comes up with $3m. MacBank gave him $10m 4 years ago first for 10c / IMU share, now at 8c. Recently he used IMU shares to pay for taxes and investments. That could mean 60m IMU shares to sell. Whether on or off market, in case he does it the sp at IMU would temporarily get crashed.

Anyway, still a bigger holder using a broker is selling. Maybe Lind leftovers or Regal starting shorting. Neither is a good thing unless one is after cheaper shares, like me.

Time will tell.
