It really doesn't matter. JP Morgan is probably primer broker for a some trading platforms, usually when they (as well as some other big banks / investment firms) are announced as a substantial holder it simply means that people are trading that stock recently.

Who cares if their clients have a decent short holding? It means they've already sold and will have to buy back at some point to exit the position, overall market sentiment and economic conditions are not great, I would expect more pain to come and largely not because people are trying to profit by selling short.
