I looked at CY 2022 and 2023 in the latest annual report. Brian's renumeration in the most recent 2 calendar years is listed as US$374,021 in CY 2022, and US$353,867 in CY 2023.
There's another section that says his renumeration agreement was as follows:
o A$480,000 per annum from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016;
o A$510,000 per annum from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017;
o A$540,000 per annum from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018 (extended to 31 December 2023)
So, I'll stick with my A$500K for the last few years at least. Not doubting you but not clear why it was higher in CY 2021.
