Until NRZ is operational and making a PROFIT for shareholders. Raise as much as cash as you want. They are simply paying their salaries and nothing else. This doesn't encourage me at all. What does it do for the share price? Nothing. What does it do for us long term. Nothing! Get the green light. Actually DO something.
