Agreed, although June was pretty news heavy if I remember correctly so those price sensitive announcements could also have incurred their own black out periods. Nonetheless, they still have plenty of time after August results to buy back shares. If they don't go aggressive with it then I already know how I'll be voting. They can literally fund it purely with the enormous amount of interest they generate on their huge cash balance, it's money far better spent screwing over shorters and getting the share price to $50 by the end of the year.
