Seems like JPM are also acting as agent (middleman) and on-lending to other shorting parties set out in the agreements attached to the SS notice. Could be a major assault looming re eoy? If currently in a blackout, the day after eoy announcement would be a great time to take a heap of shares off the shorters and make up for lost time with the BB.
