Why does it make you agree. It is just one of many imputs that effect price. You can ignore it, which is what I do for many of theses changes, Or you can learn about it and factor it in. Getting frustrated or agry is not good for your health and does nothing for your investing.
The AR has details about institutional holding in the notes section. I do not worry about it so I do not do this. If you want to track it use details in AR then just subtract changes after the AR. The SAR has info as well but much less detailed.
