Interesting.
I think it is quite scarce for Capital Group* to invest in Australian small caps.
I did not calculate their average price, but it seems that they bought a lot between 10 $ and 11 $, which does not seem that cheap.
It probably means that Capital expects TPW to reach its target of a long term EBITDA margin of 15 % (vs 2.6 % now).
* well known for the good quality of its buy side research.
