The main beneficial holder in this is Brispot Nominees at over 106million. "Brispot Nominees UBS would manage and hold securities, such as shares or bonds, in a nominee account. This allows the actual investors to remain anonymous and have their assets managed by the financial institution, in this case, UBS. The use of nominee companies is common in international finance to simplify the administration of investments and maintain confidentiality for clients." UBS used Brispot in previous takovers of Alinta and Pauls.
