Is anyone concerned that settlement for the shares bought does not have to occur till Dec. Is it because minerva don’t actually have the funds available ? I havn’t noticed this before where there is a substantial holding notice but the funds due are months into the future. Is the purchase of shares by minerva binding ? Nothing is straight forward with Gino and MTC, one peculiarities after another. GLTAHs
