I'm still trying to understand what you are saying by type of transaction. Do you mean where major shareholders agree to sell a substantial holding in a company via agreement or do you mean where a company insider agrees to sell shareholdings via agreement?
Major shareholders of SPR sold shares to RMS recently.
The CEO and major shareholders of LVH agreed to sell shares recently however this was part of a takeover offer.
