The fact they paid 99c for some share complicates things. I believe there is a rule where you can’t mount a takeover at a price less than what you paid for shares in the proceeding 6 months or so. Ie I believe they may not be able to do a takeover for less than 99c - which seems unlikely. GLTAHs
