The more you read of it the more and more dodgy it seems. Minerva are buying the receivables owed by MTC to Fiona $208K and Gino $655K so MTC will then owe Minerva $863K. And what if Minerva don't settle, they have until December 17 to pay or cancel the transaction.
Definitely doesn't pass the sniff test.
