The only thing that makes sense is that the final bid will be higher than 53c
its the only thing that makes sense and keeps directors out of jail for breaching insider trading laws.
there selling can only be ok if it was to help the sale process succeed, and that means all remaining shareholders get 53c or higher...
maybe Gino has said to the Chinese , I will give you 17.9% at 53c on the condition you pay +63c for the remainder of his holdings and the rest of shareholders holdings...
