1: Minerva have not only bought shares, they agreed to buy all the outstanding loans/debt to Gino.




2: Minerva have also bought all the remaining outstanding loans from Fiona..






If you are just making a share investment you do not buy ALL outstanding loans/ Debt also..


Again, there is no greater case of insider information than that surrounding a takeover or Asset Sale. The only people with complete Insider information regarding the Strategic Sale process is Gino & Directors..

Shareholdrs have been told about TMF offer only , we have never been told about the subsequent details of any other offer other than they had positive feedback, everything was positive...... Gino and Directors are the only people on earth with Complete insider knowledge of the Sale process..

There is absolutely no chance under Directors Insider Trading Laws they can sell personally at 53c ( with complete insider knowledge ) without absolutely 100% guarantee that shareholders will also eventually get 53c or Higher also.
