Gareth is correct. Regardless of the nominee company or multiple nominee companies used the actual owner still has to notify the market when their holding reaches 5% even if it is held across multiple nominee accounts or banks. Then every 1% accumulated or sold needs to be notified as well. If a company was planning a takeover and accumulated 5% or more they still only have 2 business days before they have to notify the market.
