Surely if Gina had been at or around 4.9% some 6-8 weeks ago she would have gone over to SSHolder zone by now.But still no Notice.
It might be that Gina has lost interest.That is the more obvious conclusion.
Without CE/MIN she has lost her usual partner.
And with MIN gas assets for sale then other potential buyers could look there.If Gina bought the MIN assets she'd also get operator status.
If no Gina t/o for STX then we are in for a slow grind-the shorters have certainly won to date.
