Covid has come and gone (not the disease, the business) for now and no one is in court let alone in jail, let alone at the gallows.
I stopped trying to stop the world from turning long ago. Greed can get clumsy when the nod is given to a frenzy. Look for them showing you how the game is played and follow them and pick up some crumbs.
