not necessarily. SYR is getting into ranges where its market cap is so small shorting becomes of less interest to institutional shorters. There is still great, if not increasingly greater uncertainty in the market. The US elections are less than a month away. Trump may cause a trade war that results in massive tariffs on graphite or maybe not. He is looking increasingly likely to win at this point according to ALL the bookies! This is probably the best option for SYR.
