yeah so ( as I suspected) the prefeas will quite quickly establish the best operational 'performance' pathway laying the groundwork for the 'commercial feasibility analysis'.
Financial 'bankability' assessment can be conducted during the prefeas as a preliminary baseline which will then be used to format and ensure (or otherwise) the project bankability at the conclusion of the fease proper.
no smoke and mirrors here at all - holders will know ( reasonably expected) 'quite quickly' if holcim progress beyond the prefeas the 'hypothesised' prelim bankability outcome is also revenue positive OR they will not proceed.
pretty simple short term view will reveal potential 'viability' for holders
seems straightforward enough at this point imo
