Financial 'bankability' assessment can be conducted during the prefeas as a preliminary baseline which will then be used to format and ensure (or otherwise) the project bankability at the conclusion of the fease proper.
Interesting idea............I believe we are still now in the conceptual stage and can't see any definitive feasibility (DFS or BFS) study happening alongside a PFS. Maybe once PFS announced then sure enough if the confidence and optimism can show a decent degree of certainty but a BFS and rightly so, a DFS is usually a very extensive, important and somewhat expensive exercise. You could be right, I just think that detailed studies are required and each step requires full focus on its own merits with no interruptions from another study.
