At 2.4c, the $5 million subscription option by MJ Ratta Investments Pty Ltd at 2c, or the 20% discount on the ten-day VWAP, begins to diminish. Ratta holds the keys here. But does Ratta have the funds? Will they exercise their subscription at 2.3c when the deal is at its most lucrative state?

I strongly believe that MJ Ratta Investments Pty Ltd will on-sell this option to WMA Holdings FZCO to fully execute the $5 million worth of shares at an issue price equal to the higher of $0.02 or a 20% discount to the ten-day VWAP, handing WMA 250,000,000 shares or an additional 12% of the company to add to their already acquired 6.5%. I maintain that 2.3c is the magic number for Estrella. Let's see!
