In their role as custodian for Meso ADRs, they have been given massive advantage to manipulate the markets, and they are taking full advantage of that opportunity. They don't even post the number of ADRs outstanding on their website anymore, making it that much harder for other traders to interpret the buying and selling signals in the two markets.
