Just to keep everyone informed, on 12/11/2024 Citibank had 52 million shares. Now they have 54 million shares on the 16/12/2024.
So where I originally thought they were shorting, it looks like they are acquiring.
Doesn't stop them from playing with shorting as inbetween those dates there was some shorting but overall they are acquiring.
