    so let me understand this. If i am reading this right.

    Perception Regal not a long term holder , selling and most likely exiting position. Retail holders not wanting to buy as they see overhang and distracted from the potential disruptive tech.

    Reality- Regal saw the need for a capital raise, selling stock , by default keeping the price low and gets rewarded with new shares through recent capital raise. Now set for a massive upswing in price as the pulse launches.

    Personally think Regal are long term holders now and if so have played it pretty well .
    Surely not taking more shares to play games but to see out the potential.

    I see this as a possible positive going forward.
    How do others see it.
