    Pretty sure or sure? I'm not certain; but it looks from the notice that they bought across multiple days at different prices so I assume this was done on market. Also if you look at AL3’s trading history, a fair amount of volume goes through on some days. But there could have been some organised crossed trades as part of their buys; I don't know what happened on each day.

    Still, what in the notice indicates to whynotme that the directors organised the trade? Sounds to me like a comment based on nothing...and no I don't work for Regal, haha.
