Looks to me like Lachlan Dykes bought 1m on-market, @ 0.002 pre-CR 1 for 1 entitlement, plus applied for and got another 109m @ 0.001 from his expectation of a large shortfall per the CR. IMO he'll be holding this quantity until the SP does - or even half of what OVT's did a while back ? $109k is not small change so I gather that's showing a sign of confidence?.
