There is a difference between an institutional investor and and institution trading shares (shorting in particular). For example TT use 4% of their funds to short and the rest is investment, institutional investment. This 4% is not.

These pests will be around every time the SP finds a platform, and they will do the same around/within +/-10%. Now it doesn't matter if SP is 20c or $20 as long as the stock has short listed shares. Once you go to stocks that pay dividends then you are talking a different situation. That will be MSB hopefully once Ryoncil and then Revascor start bringing in money. This is not to say SP will not improve in the meantime. If course with every substantial development (Commercialisation, extensions to other indications, further FDA approval, ... which are all on the cards) the SP will step up ... which will handsomely pay those who hold on the the stock ... and of course those who sell with TT/JPM waves will keep missing the boat each time.

I put my money where my mouth is and topped up another 25k shares at $3.10 .... no regret whatsoever.
