Tuts you are missing the point on a near term CR. If it is not coming from a partnership arrangement it will come after a discussion with GG and most likely be privately placed under SEC rule 144A to Qualified Institutional buyers. US retail will be excluded and Australian institutions / retail excluded.
An unregistered 144A deal is the most efficient from the companies perspective and considering GG put his balance sheet up when the company needed it to stop the rights issue rumours at 75c when the shares were trading around $1 some months ago GG will be included.
