Yes he will end up with 10%. by the end of this month. Shaun Tilley is MD of Paramount, one of the biggest mining equipment suppliers in WA. It is a very good strategic tie-up. Tilley will obviously know the mine servics scene very well. He is putting in $4m of his own money, not the companies's, so he is obviously very confident in the venture. He has also joined the board, which further strenthens it with key expertise.
