I doubt they'll sell (minority CWG owners like staff), and if they do, I would imagine it would take several days if not weeks for them to get people to setup trading accounts for them (not the block trades that were offered for the larger holders).
The pricing action now I don't believe is people waiting for the holders to sell, but rather a lack of a catalyst in the mean time.
Would be interesting to know the mechanism of how you issue shares to the over 300 private share holders and manually input the share holding once the relative person has setup their brokerage account. Does anybody know how that normally works?
