I think what @chaddy36 is saying here is that PLS has great potential and that "these big guys" are doing their utmost to accumulate and therefore future-capitalise.
But then as we all know we have been enduring this process for well over 12 months and look forward with baited breath to "these big guys" release of the sp to rerate to where the free market dictates.
