I'm prone to surmise that this extended period of shorting was orchestrated to facilitate the aggregation of this Substantial Holder position.
Now they have what they want are they incentivized to go long and reap the rewards, taking us with them?
I'd love to know what the average price is on that stake but Excel can't import the PDF. Unless someone else has the wizardry to extract that buy-sell data?
