A lowball offer would depend on your circumstances and definition.
To many traders a 5% increase is acceptable, to institutions 20%-50% would probably be sufficient and some of the older long term holders on HC have expressed 100% to be sufficient.
Personally I’d love to see Neuren become a long term dividend company that I could hold indefinitely and hence would see any offer below 500% as lowball.
Any potential acquirer only needs to increase the ratio of institutional investment at a discounted price to enable a cheap takeover.
