As far as I am aware, Vanguard run mainly index funds, with very little or no influence over what actuallymakes up the index. So this would just be indicative of investors adding to funds that happen to include Neuren as a component. I don't think this is an indication on anything really.
People have bought Vanguard index funds and this buying has pushed their consolidate NEU holding across the 5% threshold.
