    He won't be 32nd richest for long if this one comes off as he's anticipating.
    He's well set for a massive win here.
    Interesting to see who else in the high net worth category have come on board during the raise.
    This won't be the last 'becoming a substantial holder notice' either
    I expect several majors will be watching this one very closely
