So Pengana & Regal have just taken a bath with Opthea, both big shareholders, and Pengana have frozen fund redemptions.
They both have big positions in IPX, so perhaps need some liquidity... however I'm no expert, so just my thoughts,
We got 47 mill from the US Govt only a month ago to draw down apon progress, I've been buying today on the weakness, yes, nothing from management in a while, but if you reread the letter to shareholders, it's all about production and improving efficiency with the process, this year, so until I can judge otherwise, this will still be a company looking to be a market leader.
