    Why does someone commit $650,000 to become a substantial shareholder in HPC "

    1. They must think that at 1 cent a share , there is the potential of some pretty good upside .

    2. I would suggest any one interested to take a look at the credentials of " Joseph Constable" he's been active in Funds Management and appears to be a pretty savvy / sophisticated investor

    3. As flagged by the company ...there will still be some legacy payments & expenses that will impact the March Quarterly results , due at the end of April

    4 Going forward we could see a very significant change in HPC's fortunes , with only one market to focus on and a much leaner operation , and the chances of significant reversal in market sentiment ...and share price .

    ...well thats the theory anyway !!!!
