It looks likely that dealings by UBS has pushed State Street Custodian above the 5.00% threshold for reporting.
I am not sure of shorting as when I looked the other day it was a low 0.28% level, less than 300,000 shares.
I suspect UBS is hoovering up small shareholders to try and minimise the possibility of losing the 50% number of no votes criteria that could derail the takeover vote.
