I'm increasingly confident that the big boys have also figured out that the delay in the issuing of the Scheme Booklet is due to an independent expert's valuation that doesn't match up with the Cosette offer price. So Mayne would be going back to Cosette and saying: "Do you really want us to send out this scheme booklet with your offer price and that valuation sitting side by side?" Both sides would know that would be a waste of everyone's time and resources. So Cosette will be sharpening their pencil. Hence the delay.
