based off my calculations they will be 7.2% after tranche 2 settles.
to get to 9.99% (if that is their aim) would need another 20m shares to be acquired.
I expect they would need to pay a premium if they were to do it on market.
in any case I expect the company knows their intentions as they were 23.5% of the recent capital raise. They could have been one of the main drivers of the raise and approached the company knowing they could not acquire their required amount on market.
will be interesting to see what plays out (if anything)
