I not sure there is much to read into this. Flannery has picked up a 100m shares as a sophisticated investor via the Morgans placement which ticked him over the 5% substantial shareholder threshold. Mind you he did get them, along with other sophisticated investors, at .005 cents. So if we get a low ball offer at say 3 cents he will pocket $2.5m
