Shorts in MP1 grew from 2.5% shorted to 11% shorted between Sept 2024 and Jan 2025 when the share price ranged around the $7 area. Since Jan 2025 shorts have steadily declined down to 7% and the share price has risen on the back of this as shorts close to stop getting burned. Share price has risen $5 in that time frame. Shorts have not done well here last 6-9 months.
If things keep progressing revenue and ebitda wise this can pop to high teens again quite easily. Most shorts still open will be under water on MP1 and by some way.
