I suspect there is fresh capital entering the gold space and that capital is looking for value.
PNR is widely considered undervalued when comparing their like for like assets with some of their more inflated peers (namely OBM).
Producers that have run hard over the last couple of years were sold off during this week whilst some of the comparative laggards (SBM, PNR, AMI, RSG) bucked that trend.
