Now you’re cheerleading for Robert Martin, and Lindian frontman—to “bring balance” to CMD? Give it a rest. This isn’t about balance, it’s about influence peddling. You’re acting like Cassius needs saving. It doesn’t and certainly doesn’t need more corporate clutter.

Martin handled a local PR issue at LIN—great. But Cassius isn’t dealing with trespassers; it’s locked in a $400M international arbitration battle with a sovereign nation. Completely different arena. And Martin’s background doesn’t cut it here—no experience in high-stakes litigation, no Ghana-specific insight, and zero involvement in this fight. So again, what exactly qualifies him to sit on the CMD board other than being your latest name-drop?

And let’s not pretend you’re coming at this from a shareholder perspective when you’re not even in the game. The real investors can smell the agenda from a mile away. You’re not here to add value—you’re here pushing someone else’s narrative.

What actually excites me is seeing a seasoned litigation investor like Peter Koller quietly building his position in CMD. The guy knows the space inside out and has a proven track record in backing legal plays with massive upside. If someone like that is shifting his chips onto CMD, that’s a serious confidence boost for long-term holders.

You want to tinker with boards? Start by buying shares. Until then, stop pretending to speak for investors.
