Big funds and instos make money both ways, within the backdrop of a good story/company. Opposite for investors.
The bigger chunk of a company they own , the more control they have in what direction they want the share price to go, lending out the shares, knowing that that they will later have to be bought back when plan B is initiated.
They also work symbiotically with ‘growing’ companies management. Growing companies need funds through capital raising to keep things going, big funds are in the know and deals are done, mum and dad investors are not in their care factor. Just finance.
I love NEU as a company. They have fantastic management and a product that is much needed out in the public. I sleep at night knowing and trusting this.
