Just saw the latest Form 603. Antonio Vitor Junior is now a big player with 190M shares (16.94% voting power) in MGU! He’s tied to Beko Invest Ltd, the folks we bought the Palmares REE mine in Brazil from. Based in the British Virgin Islands, he’s likely a savvy investor with a nose for REEs, and his stake shows real confidence in MGU’s future. Could be a good sign for Palmares (1.69% TREO, May 6 preso, Page 7) maybe he’ll push for some positive changes! Or he’s tied in with these guys and now they control every vote for ever. Rinse and repeat. Thoughts?
