The board appears to have pivoted away from the Buena Vista project well before informing shareholders, denying us the opportunity to make informed decisions to buy or sell shares at a higher price. Instead, they implemented an internal capital raise, which effectively trapped investors and afforded the board months of operational leeway at our expense. Furthermore, on May 30, 2025, the board claimed to receive only $5,000 per month from MGU, a misleading statement, given their positions on multiple other boards, which likely provide significant additional remuneration. This pattern of deception and self-interest cannot continue. We already knew about this deal mate. The question we should be asking, is what role Antonio is going to be playing?
