Novartis isn't scrambling to get on board after over 12 months of kicking the tires - that may fall into your position of before time actually started, so please disregard. Grunenthal have kept Mesoblast at arm's length for so long that there is no deal - this is from a time when time wasn't even a concept. It's the retail shareholders that are in the know.
